Why is anti-EBO (epoxy bleed out) necessary ?
Without anti-EBO treatment, paste bleed out may hinder earth bonding.

- Active ingredients provide high water repellency with surface on various metals (Au, Ag, Cu, Pd).
- Monomolecular adsorption (thickness not exceeding 1 nm) does not adversely affect other characteristics.
- Contains no fluorine ingredients and is environmentally friendly.
